We are looking for an experienced Python Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python backend development, REST APIs, databases, and modern frontend technologies.

The candidate will be responsible for developing end-to-end applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting production issues, and delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using Python.
- Develop robust and secure backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Work with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js, Angular, or similar technologies.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
- Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
- Implement authentication, authorization, role-based access control, and application security best practices.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Participate in code reviews and follow established development standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, product managers, and other developers.
- Work with Git-based version control and CI/CD processes.
- Contribute to system design, technical documentation, and architectural decisions.
- Ensure applications are scalable, reliable, and optimized for performance.

Required SkillsBackend
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Django / Flask / FastAPI.
- Robust understanding of REST API development and integration.
- Experience with authentication mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth,



or session-based authentication.
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and design patterns.

Frontend
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Angular, or similar frontend frameworks.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs.
- Understanding of responsive web application development.

Database
- Strong experience with SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience writing optimized SQL queries.
- Good understanding of database design, indexing, relationships, and transactions.
- Exposure to MongoDB or other NoSQL databases is an advantage.

Tools & DevOps
- Strong experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to Docker and containerization.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments is a plus.

Good to Have
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Experience with Redis, Celery, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
- Understanding of asynchronous programming in Python.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as PyTest or unittest.
- Knowledge of system design and application scalability.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
