Job Summary

We are looking for a Python Backend Developer with 2+ years of experience in building scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Python, Django, REST APIs, and RAG-based AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain backend applications using Python and Django.
- Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Design and implement RAG-based AI/LLM solutions.
- Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB databases.
- Integrate LLMs, vector databases, and document processing pipelines.
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with AI, product, and frontend teams.
- Participate in testing, code reviews, deployment, and documentation.

Required Skills
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience with Django and Django REST Framework (DRF).
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs.
- Experience with RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Database experience: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB (preferred).




- Knowledge of JWT/OAuth authentication.
- Experience with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Understanding of LLM integration (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models).

Good to Have
- Streamlit, Gradio, Django Templates, or basic React knowledge.
- CI/CD pipelines and microservices experience.
- Agile/Scrum exposure.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional Python backend development experience.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Profile
- Experience building AI-powered applications using RAG and LLMs.
- Ability to independently manage backend development lifecycle.
- Passion for clean code, scalability, and emerging AI technologies.
