Python Developer — Hiring Requirement

Experience: 3+ Years Technical Requirements

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
- Strong experience with Django and Django REST Framework.
- Strong experience with FastAPI and REST API development.
- Hands-on development experience with React.js or Next.js.
- Experience building frontend components, integrating REST APIs, managing application state, and developing responsive web interfaces.
- Strong understanding of REST API design, authentication, authorization, and third-party API integrations.
- Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL, including database design, queries, ORM, relationships, indexing, and query optimization.
- Experience developing scalable, maintainable, and production-ready applications.
- Good understanding of clean code, reusable components, modular architecture, and software development best practices.
- Experience with Redis.
- Experience with Celery and background job processing.
- Experience designing and developing applications using microservices architecture.

Testing

- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and API testing.
- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as PyTest/unittest.
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting backend and frontend applications.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues across development and production environments.

CI/CD & Deployment

- Experience with the complete development lifecycle:
- Development → Testing → CI/CD → Deployment → Production Support

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
- Strong experience with Git and Git-based development workflows.
- Experience with Docker/containerization.
- Experience deploying applications to AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Experience working with Linux-based environments.
- Experience troubleshooting deployment and production issues.
- Understanding of application logs, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.Valuable to Have
- Experience with AWS, particularly EC2, RDS, S3, ECS, Lambda, or similar services.
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Experience with Docker Compose or Kubernetes.
- Understanding of application security and secure API development.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
