Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in developing, enhancing, and maintaining scalable software applications. The candidate should have strong expertise in Python programming, backend development, API development, and database integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable applications using Python.

- Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs.

- Work with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Integrate applications with relational and/or NoSQL databases.

- Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.

- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.

- Develop unit tests and perform application-level testing.





- Optimize application performance and scalability.

- Work with Git-based version control and follow CI/CD practices.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.

- Prepare technical documentation wherever required.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- 4–6 years of skilled experience in Python development.

- Strong programming skills in Python.

- Experience with at least one Python framework: Django / Flask / FastAPI.

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and web services.

- Good experience with SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL.

- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software development principles.

- Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.

- Good understanding of debugging, exception handling, logging, and unit testing.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
