The Process Manager – Development is accountable for end-to-end delivery and technical governance of automation- and AI-driven solutions for financial services clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own full project lifecycle from solution design to production deployment and post-production support.
- Define delivery strategy, timelines, resource allocation, and cost controls across multiple engagements.
- Provide architectural oversight for Python-based automation, web scraping frameworks, AI/ML solutions, and SQL-based data platforms.
- Drive adoption of automation to improve efficiency, accuracy,
and scalability.
- Ensure security, compliance, and audit readiness of all delivered solutions.
- Lead client discussions, governance meetings, and executive updates.
- Mentor Associate Process Managers and Senior Analysts; manage performance and capability development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of software development and delivery experience.
- Robust expertise in Python, SQL, automation, web scraping, and AI/ML.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
