Role Description The Purchasing Executive will manage end-to-end procurement activities to support interior design and execution projects in an on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This full-time position includes preparing and processing purchase requisitions and orders, sourcing and evaluating vendors, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. The role also involves maintaining accurate purchase records, coordinating with design, accounts, and site teams for material requirements, and monitoring inventory levels to avoid delays and cost overruns.

The Purchasing

Executive will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to maintain quality standards and ensure that all purchases align with project specifications and budgets.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong skills in purchase management, including experience with Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
- Candidates should possess procurement skills, including vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in purchasing or procurement within interior design, construction, architecture, or related industries is beneficial.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles, inventory management, and cost control is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Ahmedabad, manage multiple priorities, and meet project timelines.
- Proficiency with MS Office and, ideally, procurement or ERP software; a diploma or degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
