Role Description The Purchasing Executive role at BuyBuyCart is a full-time, in office position based in Noida.

The Purchasing

Executive will manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including processing purchase requisitions, creating and tracking purchase orders, and maintaining accurate records. This role involves coordinating with internal teams to understand requirements, communicating with suppliers to negotiate pricing and terms, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

The Purchasing

Executive will monitor inventory levels, support procurement planning, and help optimize purchasing processes to achieve cost efficiency and reliability.



Daily responsibilities also include reviewing vendor performance, resolving order-related issues, and adhering to company policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions, with experience in managing related documentation and workflows.
- Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Management and Procurement, including vendor coordination, negotiation, and cost optimization.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should ideally have experience with inventory management, basic data analysis, and familiarity with ERP or purchasing software.
- Relevant educational background in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in purchasing or procurement roles.
