Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting client outreach, preparing and delivering product presentations, and negotiating pricing and contract terms. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to ensure service quality, and following up on leads to convert them into long-term accounts.

The Sales

Specialist will also monitor market trends,



prepare sales reports, and participate in ongoing training to stay informed about company offerings and industry developments.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Customer Service skills focused on responsiveness, problem-solving, and building long-term client relationships.
- Proven Sales skills, with experience in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Training and Sales Management skills to support onboarding, coaching, and performance tracking for sales processes.
- Experience in logistics, packaging, or supply chain sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Comfort with using CRM tools and basic office software for reporting and documentation.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
