- Plan and manage day-to-day purchase and procurement activities. Identify and develop reliable suppliers for raw materials, packaging materials and other requirements. Source wheat, grains, besan, spices, packaging materials, poly bags, corrugated boxes and other factory consumables.

Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers. Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules and other commercial terms. Ensure timely procurement of materials as per production requirements.

Monitor purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery. Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and develop new vendors. Conduct market research to identify competitive prices and new suppliers.

Verify supplier quality, specifications and compliance requirements. Coordinate with Production, Store, Accounts and Management teams for purchase planning. Maintain purchase records, quotations, purchase orders and vendor documents.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment to avoid production interruptions. Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, shortages and quality-related issues. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, price, service and delivery.

Prepare regular purchase reports and submit them to management. Support cost reduction and improve overall procurement efficiency.

Experience Education: B.Com / BBA / MBA – Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent preferred.

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant Purchase / Procurement experience.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in FMCG, Food Products, Flour Mill, Atta, Besan, Spices, Grocery, Manufacturing, Packaging or B2B Procurement will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
