Job Title: Purchase Executive Cum Store Keeper

Location: Bangalore

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the purchase of raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, and other required items.
- Identify and coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain quality materials at competitive prices.
- Maintain proper stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, stock receipts, issues, and inventory balances.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requests based on requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, organization, and handling of all materials in the store.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, production, and management teams regarding material requirements.
- Follow proper FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.




- Maintain purchase and inventory-related documents and ensure records are updated regularly.
- Negotiate with vendors regarding prices, quality, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and maintained according to company standards.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in purchase, procurement, or store management is preferred.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and basic documentation.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel is preferred.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage day-to-day store operations.
- Candidates with experience in the food, restaurant, or hospitality industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
