We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Media Head to lead our media strategy and execution across clients and industries. The ideal candidate is a media expert who understands both traditional and digital media landscapes, knows how to build strong narratives, and has the network and experience to amplify brand presence across platforms. This role combines strategic thinking, leadership, and execution across earned media, influencer relations, and media partnerships.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies tailored to each client’s goals

- Oversee omnichannel media planning—across print, digital, broadcast, and influencer platforms

- Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, journalists and editors.

- Lead the execution of media outreach, story pitching, and negotiation of editorial features

- Secure consistent and high-impact media coverage across local and national platforms

- Monitor, analyze, and report media coverage with insights and recommendations for future

- Explore and manage media partnerships, sponsorship opportunities, and branded content

Requirements

- 5-6 years of experience in PR, media strategy, or communications, with proven team
- leadership

- Solid network across lifestyle, luxury, and digital media landscapes

- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

- Proven ability to secure top-tier media placements and manage high-profile campaigns

- Strategic thinker with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
