Role Description The Public Relations Manager will lead Urbanrise’s PR and communications efforts to build and protect the company’s brand and reputation. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves planning and executing PR campaigns, drafting and distributing press releases, and managing relationships with media outlets. The role includes developing strategic communication plans aligned with business goals, coordinating interviews and press events, and ensuring consistent messaging across all public-facing channels.

The Public Relations

Manager will monitor media coverage, manage responses to inquiries,



and prepare executive talking points and briefing documents. Day-to-day responsibilities also include collaborating with marketing and leadership teams, tracking PR performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to enhance visibility in the real estate and housing sectors.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Public Relations and Media Relations to manage brand reputation and external stakeholder engagement.
- Candidates should possess experience with Press Releases and Strategic Communications to craft impactful messages and structured PR campaigns.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal, to interact effectively with media, customers, and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in PR, corporate communications, or brand management, ideally within real estate or related industries.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide explicit reporting on PR outcomes.
- Familiarity with digital media, social platforms, and basic PR measurement tools would be beneficial.
