Offer individual and group counseling sessions to students dealing with academic, personal, social, or emotional issues. Utilize various counseling techniques and therapeutic approaches to address concerns and promote growth.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs, strengths, and challenges. Use assessment tools and interviews to gather relevant information and develop personalized treatment plans.
Provide immediate support and intervention for students experiencing crises or emergencies, such as mental health crises, substance abuse issues, or suicidal ideation. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and resources to ensure students' safety and well-being
