Handling purchase enquires and follow ups
Handling call, preparing purchase reports
Co-ordination with Design, stores, production, erection teams regarding equipment & materials
Vendor visits and follow ups
Preparing comparisons of offers and finalizing orders.
Preparing purchase orders, follow up for timely delivery, invoice followup, GRN creation
