Role Description

Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and conducting psychological studies, administering assessments, collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and translating findings into transparent insights on team performance. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional colleagues to develop research frameworks, create reports and presentations, and support the design of tools or interventions that improve performance outcomes.

Researcher will also stay current with relevant academic literature,



ensure ethical research practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of research methodologies and processes.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in psychology, behavioral science, or organizational psychology, with the ability to design and interpret empirical studies.
- Proficiency in research methods, including survey design, interviews, experiments, and literature reviews.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, or similar) and the ability to work with quantitative and qualitative datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams while managing independent research tasks and deadlines.
- Master’s degree or above in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Organizational Behavior, or a related field; relevant research experience or publications are an advantage.
