Position: Psychological Counsellor

Visit: A minimum of 3 hours is required for the visit once a week on every Wednesday. In case of any Wednesday is a holiday, the visit shall be on the immediate next Thursday.

Period: Academic Session 2026-27 (10 months).

/profile:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychological Counsellor to provide mental health support to individuals facing emotional, behavioral, or psychological challenges. The ideal candidate will have solid interpersonal skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for promoting mental well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct psychological assessments and interviews.
- Provide individual, group counselling sessions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Conduct workshops and awareness programs on mental health.




- Provides brief counselling to address social and emotional concerns and appropriately refers students to behavioural health specialists.
- Communicates, coordinates, and collaborates with behavioural health specialists on developing and implementing student supports.

Eligibility and experience:

- Master’s degree in Psychology (Counselling/Clinical).
- Certification in therapeutic techniques (CBT, REBT, etc.) preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of counselling experience.
- Excellent communication and empathy skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.

Remuneration: Rs. 5000 per sitting
