Roles and Responsibilities

- Study tender documents, client requirements, and technical specifications.

- Prepare accurate technocommercial proposals, quotations, and cost estimations.

- Coordinate with sales, design, and operations teams for inputs.

- Draft bid documents ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

- Support negotiation and client discussions with explicit documentation.

- Maintain records of proposals, revisions, and client communications.

- Prepare proposals for water and wastewater treatment projects, including BOQ, BOM, cost estimation, and tender evaluation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive proposals that meet client requirements.

- Review and revise proposals as needed to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Conduct site visits to gather information on existing infrastructure and prepare detailed designs using AutoCAD.
