Role Description The Property Advisor internship at 1Squares is an in office role based in Bengaluru South. Interns will support clients through the home search and selection process, including conducting property visits, explaining features and pricing, and answering queries.

Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining property listings, coordinating with owners and internal teams, and assisting with documentation and basic financial discussions related to property investment.



The role also involves providing professional customer service, following up with leads, and helping ensure a smooth, transparent experience for potential buyers.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- Foundational knowledge or interest in Property Management and local real estate markets.
- Basic understanding of Finance and Investments related to residential property purchases.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate records.
- Comfort using digital tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM or listing platforms) for property and client management.
- Enthusiasm for real estate, willingness to learn, and a proactive, ethical approach to client interactions.
- Relevant academic background (e.g., business, commerce, real estate, finance, or related fields) is an advantage.
