Role Description The Property Manager – Bangalore (Entry Level) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including coordinating check-ins and check-outs, conducting regular property inspections, and ensuring that maintenance and housekeeping issues are identified and resolved promptly.

The Property

Manager will act as a key point of contact for guests and owners, handling basic queries, supporting issue resolution, and helping deliver consistent, high-quality stay experiences. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, updating internal tools and dashboards,



and collaborating with central operations, revenue, and customer support teams to ensure smooth property performance. The position is designed for individuals starting their career in property management who are eager to learn, work on-site, and grow with a fast-paced hospitality-tech company.

Qualifications

- Robust interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with guests, owners, vendors, and internal teams.
- Basic organizational and time management skills to coordinate check-ins/check-outs, inspections, and service requests efficiently.
- Ability to use smartphones, productivity tools, and property management systems; comfort with learning new digital platforms and apps.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset for handling operational issues, quality checks, and guest feedback in a timely manner.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on hospitality, guest satisfaction, and relationship-building.
- Ability to work on-site across properties in Bengaluru South; flexibility for occasional evening or weekend duties as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in hospitality, real estate, business, or related field preferred; fresh graduates or early-career candidates encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of local Bengaluru neighborhoods and basic understanding of rental or hospitality operations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English; familiarity with local languages (such as Kannada or Hindi) is beneficial.
