Job Title: Project Sales Executive

Sector: Real Estate

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Experience: 2-5 years

Salary: Upto 3.60LPA

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through outbound calling and regular follow-ups.

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate project information.

Coordinate in-house site visits and client meetings.

Negotiate with clients and support deal closures.

Manage sales documentation, agreements, and registration processes.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales execution.

- Achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements

Prior experience in Real Estate.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM.

Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.

- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
