Minimum Experience: 20 yrs (incl. 2 yrs Railway/Highway + 3 yrs as Team Leader) or 5+ yrs IR JAG-and-above
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall planning, execution and delivery of the PSSA assignment across all construction sites/sections
- Coordinate with RailTel and South Eastern Railway officials on project scope, milestones and deliverables
- Oversee resource planning, mobilization and performance of all technical, supervisory and support staff
- Monitor progress against schedule and take corrective action to resolve bottlenecks
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality and statutory compliance requirements across the project
- Report project status, risks and issues regularly to RailTel/Railway authorities
