Role Description The Project Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing industrial cleaning projects from planning through completion. This role includes coordinating daily activities at client sites, managing project timelines, allocating resources, and supervising field teams to ensure work is executed safely and efficiently.

The Project

Supervisor monitors project progress, addresses technical or operational issues, and maintains clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders. The position also involves enforcing safety standards, maintaining documentation and reports, and supporting continuous improvement in project execution and service quality.





Qualifications

- Strong project supervision and site management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating field teams.
- Experience in industrial cleaning, maintenance, or related operations, ideally involving decontamination, chemical cleaning, or high-pressure jetting.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for industrial environments, with the ability to enforce safe work procedures.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, technicians, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to interpret technical instructions, work permits, and basic engineering drawings related to cleaning and maintenance activities.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges on site.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting, scheduling, and documentation.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in supervising field operations or industrial projects will be an advantage.
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry
- Diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
