1. Site Execution &

- Supervision

- Supervise daily activities at project sites and ensure work is executed as per approved layouts, BOQ, and client requirements.

- Manage installation of indoor and outdoor plants, planters, container gardens, green walls, moss walls, felt walls, and other biophilic installations.

- Ensure proper placement, installation, and finishing of plants and planters.

- Monitor the productivity and performance of site manpower.

- Ensure assigned work is completed within the planned timeline.

Manpower

Management

- Allocate daily tasks to workers and installation teams.

- Ensure adequate manpower is available at site as per project requirements.

- Monitor attendance, productivity, and work quality.

- Guide workers and ensure proper execution methods are followed.

- Coordinate with vendors and labour contractors whenever required.

3.

Material

Management

- Check materials received at site against the required quantity and specifications.

- Coordinate with the Project Engineer/Manager for material requirements.

- Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of plants, planters, soil, and other materials.

- Report shortages, damages, or quality issues immediately.

4. Plant &




- Installation Quality

- Ensure plants are healthy and meet the approved specifications before installation.

- Check plant size, quantity, condition, and placement as per approved requirements.

- Ensure proper soil filling, planting, finishing, and positioning.

- Identify damaged or unhealthy plants and coordinate for replacements.

- Ensure the completed installation meets company and client quality standards.

5. Client &
- Site Coordination

- Coordinate with client representatives, facility teams, contractors, and other site stakeholders.

- Understand and communicate site instructions to the execution team.

- Provide regular updates to the Project Engineer/Project Manager.

- Immediately escalate any site issues, delays, or client concerns.

6.

Project

Documentation &

- Reporting

- Maintain daily site progress reports.

- Record material received, installed, retained, and replaced quantities.

- Share site photographs and progress updates with the Project Manager.

- Maintain measurement sheets and installation records.

- Support project handover and snag closure activities.
