工作职责:

What This Job Involves A recognized leader in the design and construction industry, candidates will be responsible for:

Stakeholder Management

Developing trust with local Business executive managers requires investing time to understand their business challenges and consistently delivering on our promises. Regular communication, proactive updates, and responsiveness to their needs demonstrate our commitment to partnership.

Pipeline Management

Maintain visibility and control over planned projects through consolidated capital pipeline tracking, prioritization matrix, and indicative budgets & timelines. Provide strategy inputs in pre-initiation stage and attend governance touchpoints.

Project Initiation & Approval

Develop and own programme, scope, schedule, and budget; establish governance structures; integrate technical due diligence; prepare procurement strategy with GSP; perform initial risk screening and compile formal approval packs.

Onboarding Project Teams

Resource identification, fee proposals, contract administration (POs), client-specific training on playbooks/processes/EHS, system access provisioning, and onboarding manuals/checklists.

Project Oversight





Leading the local PM team involves providing explicit direction and guidance throughout the complete project lifecycle, from leasing stage through budget submission to final closeout. This includes establishing standardized processes, setting quality expectations, and mentoring team members on critical milestones such as lease negotiations, financial modelling, and project documentation.

Handover & Project Closeout

Facilitate client acceptance, defect resolution, commissioning & compliance sign-offs, move management, as-built/O&M; handover, financial reconciliation, lessons learned, archival and portfolio data updates.

Regional Best Practice & Account Management

Maintain PMO toolkit, knowledge base, portfolio insights, process improvements, support capital planning cycles, training/coaching, governance forums (steering, QBRs), and benchmarking.
