Job Purpose:

The role holder is responsible for execution and completion of outlets, having wide knowledge on shop materials with valuable skills.

Principal Accountability and Responsibilities:

- Coordinating with sales team for conducting kick of meeting at outlet to finalizing civil and branding related works.
- Measuring and updating the quantity in BOQ file.
- Monitoring and verifying the work execution as per kick of meeting.
- Coordinate with the supplier to execute the work
- Execution and Monitoring of all regular shop project duties.
- Visiting the outlet location to ensuring the completion of work.
- Updating and Maintaining of all orders

Key Interactions:

- Internal Department: Sales, Marketing. Maintenance,



Material Management and Lease team.
- External: Suppliers

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

- Educational qualifications: Diploma (civil)
- Experience: Candidates with similar experience of minimum 1+ Year. Should be able understanding the architectural drawing plan.
- Age 21-30 Years

Knowledge:

- Should be able to read write and speak fluently in local language.
- Should have good knowledge in English.
- Should have good knowledge of construction interior and outlet signages.
- Should have good knowledge in system.
