Job Title: Project Manager / Site Execution Manager – Retail Fit-Outs

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil or Electrical Engineering

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Site Execution Manager with hands-on experience in retail and dark-store fit-outs. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end site execution, vendor management, quality control and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and interpret MEP, fixture drawings and layouts.
- Understand BOQs covering complete civil and electrical fit-outs for dark stores, warehouses and retail stores.
- Conduct site recce/surveys and prepare BOQs as per approved layouts.
- Execute and manage 15–20+ dark stores/retail stores for corporate brands such as Zepto, Blinkit, Zudio, Burger King, etc.
- Coordinate and manage vendor teams at site to ensure timely project completion.
- Arrange vendors and manpower at short notice in case of urgent project requirements.
- Prepare day-wise execution plans and ensure projects are completed within deadlines.
- Negotiate vendor costs and ensure execution within the approved project budget.
- Maintain close coordination with client service teams, vendors and client Project Managers.




- Obtain final MB Sheet / WCC sign-off from the Client PM after project completion and submit the same for billing.
- Share daily work progress reports with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure quality, snag-free execution and adherence to project specifications.
- Verify the make/brand of materials and ensure all items supplied are as per the BOQ.
- Handle site-level escalations and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project-specific requirements.
- Maintain adequate site stock/material availability for smooth execution.
- Ensure complete store readiness before opening.
- Manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Willingness to undertake Pan-India travel as required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
