Salary: 12 lacs LPA (Depending on experience & suitability)About Stars & MeritStars & Merit Constructions and Engineering Private Limited is a professionally managed construction and engineering company specialising in Retail, Restaurants fitouts, commercial interiors and end-to-end project execution.We work with leading fashion, lifestyle, Restaurants and retail brands with a strong focus on quality, timelines, execution excellence and customer satisfaction.About the RoleWe are looking for a senior, hands-on Project Manager – Fashion Retail capable of independently managing 3–4 active project sites simultaneously, from mobilisation through execution and final handover.Experience with brands such as Marks & Spencer, Azote, Lifestyle, Trends, Pantaloons or similar fashion/lifestyle brands will be preferred.Key Responsibilities

- Manage 3–4 concurrent retail projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Plan and manage manpower, labour contractors and specialist agencies.
- Drive day-to-day site execution across civil, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, flooring, glass, painting, signage and fixtures.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, quality and safety standards.
- Prepare material requirements and coordinate with the Purchase Team for timely procurement and delivery.
- Coordinate with Designers, Architects, Consultants, Vendors and other agencies.
- Handle clients/customers, site meetings,



inspections, approvals and escalations.
- Coordinate with internal Purchase, Design, Estimation, Commercial, Accounts, Stores and Operations teams.
- Monitor project schedules, risks, variations, costs and execution issues.
- Drive quality checks, snagging and final project handover.
- Provide regular project updates to management.

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management or related field.
- 12–18 years of relevant experience in retail fit-out, interior execution, construction or project management.
- Strong experience in fashion/lifestyle retail projects preferred.
- Good knowledge of BOQs, drawings, scheduling and material planning.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; MS Project/Primavera and AutoCAD will be an advantage.
