Role Description The Project Manager at Saaz Designs LLP will oversee architecture and interior projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This full-time, on-site role in New Delhi involves coordinating with clients, design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and prompt resolution of issues. Daily responsibilities include planning project schedules, tracking progress, managing resources, and supervising site activities, inspections, and compliance with design specifications.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to coordinate complex architecture and interior projects.
- Candidates should possess expediting skills, such as working as an Expeditor and handling Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Candidates should possess inspection-related skills, including conducting site Inspection and ensuring adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.
- Candidates should possess logistics management skills, including Logistics Management capabilities to oversee material flow, vendor coordination, and site deliveries.
- Relevant experience in architecture, interior design, construction, or related project environments.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities, with proficiency in project management tools or software.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
