We're looking for a results-oriented Project Manager to join our Product Development team. In this role, you'll partner closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders across the company to ensure that product initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear communication. What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional product development projects

Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and monitor progress using agile methodologies

Coordinate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other ceremonies in collaboration with engineering leads

Identify risks and dependencies early and work proactively to remove roadblocks

Ensure consistent communication and alignment across stakeholders—from executives to individual contributors

Track and report on key project metrics to ensure transparency and accountability





What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a software or tech environment

Proven success managing multiple complex projects with cross-functional teams

Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello)

Strong organizational and communication skills with a sharp attention to detail

Ability to adapt quickly, stay calm under pressure, and make thoughtful decisions in fast-paced environments

PMP, CSM, or similar certifications a plus
