Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Job Summary

Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully completing civil construction projects within the approved budget, timeline, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage complete civil construction projects from initiation to completion.

Prepare project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and resource requirements.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.





Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.

Supervise civil works including RCC, structural, finishing, infrastructure, and related activities.

Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical requirements.

Manage contractors and subcontractors and monitor their performance.

Control project costs, material consumption, and manpower productivity.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and statutory regulations.

Identify project risks and implement corrective/preventive actions.

Conduct regular site meetings and provide project progress reports to management.

Handle client coordination, inspections, approvals, and project-related issues.

Ensure proper documentation, billing, measurement, and handover of the project.
