We are a growing CPA firm seeking a highly organized and motivated Client Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, efficient project management, and timely delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage client relationships by maintaining clear, professional, and timely communication.
- Coordinate tax projects from start to finish, including collecting required documents from clients.




- Work closely with the operations team to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Oversee the delivery of completed work to clients, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Manage and support the team to meet deadlines and maintain client satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain reports, schedules, and client updates using MS Word and Excel.
- Use internet research and online tools for client and project-related tasks.
- Manage receivables by calling clients and collecting pending payments

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional tone.
- Proven experience in client management.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and internet browsing.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively.
- Robust organizational and team management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
