About the Role

NebulARC Technologies is looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in managing end-to-end technology projects across Software, IoT, AI/ML, and enterprise platforms.

The role involves project planning, execution tracking, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, resource coordination, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including Hardware, Software, AI/ML, Product, and Operations to ensure smooth coordination, clear communication, and seamless project execution from initiation through deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage projects end-to-end from project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and deployment to closure.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Hardware, Software, AI/ML, Product, and Operations.
- Track project progress, deliverables, dependencies, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and ensure timely mitigation and resolution.
- Manage project budgets, resources, schedules, and priorities effectively.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project status reviews and provide timely updates to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered within defined scope, timeline, budget,



and quality standards.
- Support product development and implementation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage client communication and ensure expectations, requirements, and deliverables are clearly aligned.
- Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively drive corrective actions.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and project governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and execution practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in Technical Project Management.
- Strong experience managing end-to-end technology projects.
- Experience working in Agile or Hybrid project environments.
- Strong understanding of Software/Product Development Life Cycle (SDLC/PDLC).
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional technical teams.
- Good understanding of IoT, Software, AI/ML, or enterprise technology projects.
- Strong skills in project planning, execution tracking, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.
- Experience in budget management, resource planning, and project scheduling.
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within defined timelines.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
