- Lead projects from initiation through successful delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and resources.
- Manage scope changes, escalations, and stakeholder expectations.
- Drive Agile ceremonies and ensure timely project reporting.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in IT.
- Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce/CRM project experience is an added advantage.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or relevant certification is a plus.
