About the Role

Project Manager – Installation & Site Projects

- Location: Kochi, Kerala
- Experience: 5 –10 Years
- Qualification: B. Tech/ Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Installation & Projects to lead and manage door installation projects from planning through completion. The role will be responsible for site execution, manpower and resource management, quality, cost control, customer coordination, and post-installation service. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in door installation, interior projects, fit-outs, modular projects, building materials, or similar site-based project execution.

Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

- Plan and execute door installation projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, CSD, Quality, customers, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve execution-related challenge

Site & Installation Management

- Plan and allocate installation manpower across multiple project sites.
- Supervise site activities and ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and company SOPs.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and accountability of doors, jambs, hardware, installation kits, keys, and other materials at site.
- Plan and oversee accurate measurement of door cases across projects.
- Review and validate site measurements before releasing details for production.
- Ensure proper project handover upon completion.

Cost & Resource Management

- Monitor installation and project-related costs against approved budgets.
- Optimize manpower, materials, tools, and other resources.
- Minimize material wastage, damage, rework,



and other avoidable costs.

Quality Management

- Ensure installations comply with company standards, approved specifications, drawings, and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Identify deviations and ensure timely corrective action.
- Minimize rework and ensure quality completion before handover.

Team Management

- Lead and supervise Site Supervisors and installation teams.
- Allocate work effectively and monitor productivity and performance.
- Coach and train team members to improve installation quality and efficiency.

Customer & Post-Sales Management

- Act as a key point of contact for customers during project execution.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
- Coordinate resolution of post-installation complaints within defined timelines.
- Analyze recurring complaints and recommend preventive actions.
- Build solid customer relationships through timely communication and effective issue resolution.

Qualifications

- B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
- Qualification: B. Tech/ Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering

Required Skills

- 5–10 years of relevant experience in project management, installation, site execution, interiors, fit-outs, modular projects, doors, or building materials.
- Hands-on experience in managing multiple project sites and installation teams.
- Good understanding of site measurements, drawings, specifications, and installation processes.
- Strong manpower, resource, and cost management skills.
- Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
