About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, design, QA, etc.) to ensure smooth execution
- Track project progress, identify risks, and resolve roadblocks proactively
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress reports to management/clients




- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, and deliverables using project management tools

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT/software
- Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (Trello, Jira, Asana, MS Project, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
