Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage BFSI projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.

- Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, test prototypes, and deploy products or services.

- Ensure effective stakeholder management by communicating status updates regularly and addressing concerns promptly.

Job Requirements :

- 10-18 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in big data analytics (Agile/Scrum) .

- Solid understanding of PMP principles for managing complex projects across multiple phases (Initiation-Closure).

- Experience working on large-scale data warehousing initiatives using Java technologies such as Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
