Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager – Civil Engineer to lead and manage civil construction projects from planning and execution to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and manage civil construction projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure works.
- Review project drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Monitor project progress, resource allocation, manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved designs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, structural consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost estimates, work orders, and material requirements.
- Identify project risks, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to construction methodologies and approved timelines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports,



including project updates and cost reports.
- Ensure proper documentation, measurements, billing, and handover of completed works.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and applicable construction codes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech).
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in civil construction project management.
- Proven experience managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, structural works, finishing, quantity estimation, and construction planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6, and MS Excel is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
