Role Description The Project Manager – F&B; Division is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing F&B; projects, including new outlet rollouts, renovations, and operational improvement initiatives.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring materials and equipment are procured and delivered on schedule, and resolving issues that could impact project delivery.

The Project

Manager will conduct site inspections, monitor quality standards, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements. The role also involves preparing project reports,



optimizing logistics and supply chains, and collaborating closely with operations, design, and finance teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expediting and Expeditor experience to ensure timely procurement, follow-up, and delivery of materials and services.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to monitor site progress, quality standards, and adherence to safety and regulatory norms.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to oversee supply chain activities, vendor coordination, and inventory flow for F&B; projects.
- Relevant experience in hospitality or F&B; project management, particularly in multi-outlet or chain environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field; professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are an advantage.
