About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Delivery Manager – Digital Marketing to lead and manage digital marketing projects, client deliverables, and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, timelines, resources, clients, and project outcomes.

The candidate should also be comfortable using AI-powered tools to improve productivity, marketing strategy, reporting, content creation, analytics, and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end digital marketing projects from planning to delivery.
- Coordinate with SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, Design, Development, and Analytics teams.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, priorities, and resources.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.
- Communicate with clients, understand requirements, provide updates, and handle escalations.
- Track project performance, KPIs, budgets, deadlines, and team productivity.
- Conduct regular project meetings and maintain project documentation.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with team leads to allocate resources and manage workloads.
- Prepare and present project status reports and performance dashboards.
- Ensure digital marketing strategies are aligned with client/business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and campaign performance.





AI Tools & Digital Marketing Technology The candidate should have practical knowledge or experience using AI tools for digital marketing and project management, such as:

- ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini for research, planning, analysis, and content assistance
- AI-powered SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, or similar
- AI tools for content creation, keyword research, competitor analysis, and optimization
- AI-assisted reporting and data analysis
- AI tools for social media content and campaign planning
- AI-powered productivity and project management tools
- Knowledge of automation tools and workflows is an added advantage

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Project Management / Delivery Management
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics
- Proven experience managing digital marketing teams and projects
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent project planning, execution, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar
- Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Robust leadership and team coordination skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and willingness to adopt recent AI technologies

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
