The ideal candidate brings a consulting mindset, strong delivery governance, and a proven ability to balance strategy with execution — having led implementations for at least 1 large enterprises or 3 mid-scale/startup organizations. /n Key Responsibilities /n Lead end-to-end delivery for multiple Dynamics 365 CE/CRM projects across diverse geographies and industries. /n Drive project governance, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with scope, quality, and compliance parameters. /n Manage multi-project portfolios, balancing customer priorities, delivery milestones, and team bandwidth. /n Provide strategic direction to project managers, technical leads, and consultants — ensuring best practices and standardized frameworks are followed. /n Serve as primary client interface, owning stakeholder communication, risk management, and escalation handling. /n Partner with presales and account management teams to support solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal reviews. /n Drive team capability building across Power Platform, Azure, and Dynamics ecosystem; foster cross-functional collaboration. /n Leverage experience from both enterprise-scale transformations and agile,
