Who we're looking for
- Experience in project or studio management, ideally at a small creative, editorial or design-led organisation
- Strong organisational instincts — comfortable holding multiple threads (editorial, ops, partnerships) at once
- Clear, proactive communicator who can coordinate people across time zones and follow up without being chased
- Comfortable with budgets, vendor coordination and the unglamorous admin that keeps a small studio functional
- Genuine interest in independent publishing, food culture or design is a strong plus
