-Proven Experience in Agile Leadership:

Having good experience in Agile project management, with a strong track record of driving Agile adoption, leading cross-functional teams, and managing Agile programs or Agile Release Trains (ARTs). Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence,

Ability to connect project execution with business outcomes, customer needs, operational impact, and company priorities. Comfortable challenging assumptions and asking the right questions to ensure teams are focused on delivering meaningful business value.

-Project & Release Management Proficiency:

Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects end-to-end and drive timely, high-quality releases in collaboration with QA, Regulatory Affairs, Product, and Engineering teams.



Strong Knowledge of Release documents such as STD, STR, SRS , Unresolved Bugs. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

-Advanced JIRA Knowledge:

Proficient in JIRA administration, including managing workflows, dashboards, and project structures to ensure transparency, consistency, and effective tracking.

-Analytical & Process-Oriented Mindset:

Ability to track and analyze Agile metrics, implement process improvements, and align delivery with business goals.
