About the Role

Goldsikka Limited and its group of companies are seeking an experienced, certified Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of technology and non-technology projects. The ideal candidate holds a PMP or PRINCE2 certification and brings robust cross-functional leadership skills to deliver projects on scope, on budget, and on time across a diversified business portfolio.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project planning and execution across technology and non-technology initiatives
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accountability
- Build and maintain project timelines, schedules, and milestones using appropriate methodologies
- Plan and allocate resources effectively across teams and concurrent projects
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; maintain risk registers and escalation plans
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to align expectations, requirements, and project updates
- Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams, including tech, business, and operations
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, plans, and status reports




- Implement quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet defined standards
- Prepare and present regular project reports and dashboards to leadership and stakeholders
- Drive process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency across the group

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience managing technology and/or non-technology projects
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Experience working across multi-entity or diversified business environments preferred
