We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer / Project Manager to manage the construction and execution of a resort project in Chail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete day-to-day site execution and project management
- Supervision of civil, structural and finishing works
- Coordination with architects, consultants, contractors and vendors
- Monitor project timelines, quality, costs and material requirements
- Contractor management, measurements and bill verification
- Review drawings, BOQs and construction specifications
- Maintain progress reports and site documentation
- Ensure quality and safety standards at site
- Manage snagging and final project handover
Requirements: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering with 7–12 years of relevant experience. Experience in hotel/resort, hospitality or premium construction projects preferred.
Candidate must be willing to reside at the Chail project site. Accommodation and meals will be provided by the company.
Salary: As per experience and capability
Joining: Immediate preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
