CMYK Graphics is looking for an organized, proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Gurugram.

Experience: 0–1 Year

Location: Gurugram

Industry: Signage & Branding

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate between clients, internal teams, factory, vendors and installation teams
- Track projects from order confirmation through production, dispatch and installation
- Follow up on approvals, timelines and project requirements
- Maintain project trackers, MIS and regular status updates
- Coordinate with factory and vendors to ensure timely execution
- Identify coordination gaps and help resolve project-related issues
- Ensure smooth communication across all stakeholders

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✔ Robust communication and coordination skills

✔ Good follow-up and organizational abilities

✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel

✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

✔ Proactive approach and willingness to learn

✔ Interest in signage, branding and project execution
