Project Manager cum Designer

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from design stage to final execution.

- Prepare 2D layouts, working drawings and design concepts.

- Understand client requirements and provide suitable design solutions.

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors and site teams.

- Monitor project timelines, quality and execution.

- Conduct site visits and resolve execution-related issues.

- Coordinate material procurement and vendor requirements.

- Prepare/assist with BOQ, estimates and costing.

- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget.

- Handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills

- Strong project management and coordination skills.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant design software.





- Knowledge of SketchUp/3D software is an advantage.

- Knowledge of construction materials and fabrication.

- Basic knowledge of BOQ, estimation and costing.

- Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage clients, vendors and contractors.

- Strong attention to detail and execution skills.

Qualification

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture or related field.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
