Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager – Civil for a leading organization in the real estate and construction sector.

The candidate will be responsible for managing civil construction projects from planning and initiation through execution and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to required quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in civil project management, construction execution, project planning, budgeting, scheduling, contractor management, vendor coordination, and site operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage civil construction projects from start to completion.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, timelines, and resources.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, architects, and internal teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction activities.
- Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors, procurement, and material requirements.
- Handle project-related contracts, approvals, and commercial coordination.
- Identify project risks, delays, and issues and implement suitable corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
- Prepare project progress reports, MIS reports, presentations, and project documentation for management.
- Lead and mentor project engineers, site engineers, junior project managers,



and site teams.
- Manage multiple project activities and ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, and other resources.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in civil project management/construction.
- 3–5 years of experience in a senior project management role preferred.
- Proven experience managing large or complex civil construction projects.
- Solid knowledge of construction methodologies and project execution.
- Experience in contractor management, vendor management, procurement, and project coordination.
- Knowledge of EPC/FIDIC contracts is an advantage.
- Good understanding of construction quality, safety standards, and building regulations.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and project reporting.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project activities.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
