Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Civil to lead end-to-end site execution, resource management, and commercial operations across our construction projects. You will be fully responsible for delivering high-quality structural and architectural works strictly on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with drawings, safety, and quality standards. This role bridges technical site management, sub-contractor supervision, material controls, and client stakeholder management.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Site Execution & Quality Control: Plan and execute works per GFC drawings, specifications, and schedules; oversee pour card approvals, BBS verification, structural checks, and ensure zero-error quality across all stages.
- Resource, Material & Inventory Management: Approve Material Requisition Notes (MRN), oversee RMC and material quality testing, maintain stock registers, secure tools/machinery, and implement strict controls to minimize material and waste.
- Sub-contractor & Financial Governance: Enforce approved rates, verify Measurement Books (M-Books) and site bills/vouchers,



and collabourate with Quantity Surveyors on stage-wise client billing and scope variation claims.
- Safety, Compliance & Issue Resolution: Implement site safety procedures, conduct toolbox talks, resolve customer or design complaints promptly, and apply architect/client drawing updates on-site.
- Reporting & Coordination: Coordinate with the lead progress review meetings with clients, and architects while delivering monthly work-done projections and MIS reports.

Key Skills & Qualifications

- Technical Core: Site Execution, GFC Drawing Interpretation, Bar Bending Schedule (BBS), Pour Card Approvals, M-Book Verification, QA/QC Testing.
- Operations & Commercials: Sub-contractor Management, Budget Adherence, Inventory Control, Material Waste Minimization, Client Billing, Variation Claims.
- Soft Skills: Team Leadership, Technical Problem-Solving, Client & Architect Liaison, Site Safety Management.

Education & Experience

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / D.C.E or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 15–25 years of hands-on site execution and project leadership in residential, commercial, or industrial construction.
- Candidates with experience in Construction (contractor companies) will be preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
