We are looking for an experienced and competent Project Manager to lead and manage the construction of a multi-storey steel structure residential building project in Vadodara. The candidate will be responsible for overall project execution, planning, coordination, quality, safety, cost control, and timely completion of the project as per approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and supervise the overall execution of the multi-storey steel structure residential project.
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, manpower requirements, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, structural consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor structural steel fabrication, erection, civil, architectural, MEP, finishing, and other associated works.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Review drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and identify any discrepancies or required clarifications.
- Ensure proper coordination between structural, civil, MEP, and architectural works.
- Monitor project costs, material consumption, manpower productivity, and resource utilization.
- Ensure materials are procured and delivered as per project requirements and schedule.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC team to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety rules, procedures, and statutory requirements at the project site.
- Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports for management and clients.
- Identify project risks, delays,



and technical issues and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain proper project documentation, records, approvals, measurements, and correspondence.
- Verify contractor/subcontractor work progress and coordinate for measurements and billing.
- Ensure proper testing, inspection, commissioning, snag rectification, and project handover.
- Lead and motivate the project team to achieve project objectives within the approved time and budget.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in construction/project management.
- Experience in multi-storey building construction and steel structure projects will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction planning, structural steel erection, civil works, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management/ERP software.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, quality control, and site management.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and project execution capabilities, good technical knowledge of multi-storey steel structure construction, and the ability to manage multiple activities and teams effectively while ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and timely project completion. Salary: As per industry standards and candidate's experience.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
