Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, confident and experienced Project Head who will be responsible for complete business operations, corporate tie-ups, and staff management. He will act as a Top Head for all Managers and Staff.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle entire project operations and manage complete staff including Managers.
2. Corporate Sector Visits & Client Acquisition - Visit corporate offices and hospitals to meet Administrators / Management.
3. Tie-up for Bio-Medical Waste material - Responsible for generating recent business and finalizing tie-ups with Hospitals regarding Bio-Waste.
4. Email handling, coordination and follow-ups with clients.
5. Business Development for the company.
6. Team leadership,



staff handling and reporting to Directors.

Required Skills & Profile:
- Must have prior experience in Corporate Sector
- Experience in Client Visits, Tie-ups & Business Development
- Excellent communication, email drafting & coordination skills
- Smart Personality, Confident, Leadership quality
- Experience in Bio-Medical Waste / Healthcare / Facility Management will be preferred
- Must be able to handle pressure and manage team independently

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
